MORGAN HILL, Calif- 38 year old Marcy Erico, aka Marcy Keelin, is scheduled made her first court appearance in a Morgan Hill courtroom Friday, on charges of felony commercial burglaryand contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Erico did not enter a plea to her charges.
Late last month is suspected of having her 10-year-old daughter attempt to shoplift groceries and beer from a Morgan Hill Safeway.
When her daughter was stopped by Morgan Hill Police, Erico fled the scene.
The next day, Erico fled the area with her eleven month old son but was arrested in Fernley, Nevada.
On Thursday, she was extradited back to Santa Clara County.
Erico was arrested in Nevada with her eleven month old son.
