Moss Landing Man Enters Not Guilty Plea to Hot Tub Child Abuse Charges

SALINAS, Calif- Julian Diggs was arraigned in a Monterey County Superior Courtroom, Thursday afternoon.

Diggs entered a plea of not guilty to charges of child endangerment after a five year old boy was found injured in a beachfront hotel hot tub in Marina.

Diggs was arrested at the San Jose area hospital by Marina Police Officers and then transported to the Monterey County Jail where Diggs was booked.

Julian Diggs was the boyfriend of the five year old boy's mother.

Police say the little boy had suffered head injuries and was left crying in the Quality Inn Hotel hot tub.
