SANTA CLARA COUNTY, Calif- The woman accused of ditching her ten year old daughter after a botched grocery theft at the Safeway in Morgan Hill is now in route from Lyon County Jail in Nevada to Santa Clara County.

Another twist in the case, the woman has been giving officers a fake name this whole time!

38 year old Marcy Erico is being charged with felony commercial burglary and a misdeameanor for contributing to a minor.

Erico was arrested in Fernley, Nevada on friday night after fleeing the area with her eleven month old son.

Child Protective Services are arranging for the eleven month old son to be brought back to the area.

The 10 year old daughter is currently living with her grandmother.
