Soledad, Calif. A field foreman at a ranch in Soledad died Monday.

Everardo Cazarez worked for Dole Fresh Vegetables for more than 25 years.

Cal-Osha was investigating Monday's death as a **potential heat-related fatality.

But Wednesday, The Monterey County coroner cleared that speculation and said Cazarez died of a heart attack.

The 51-year-old foreman was transported to Mee Memorial Hospital in King City, where he was pronounced dead.
