SEASIDE, Calif. -- A Seaside man faces life without the possibility of parole plus thirty years to life for shooting a man outside a Seaside apartment complex.
The charges stem from a shooting at the Del Monte Manor apartment complex in Seaside on November 10, 2010.
Police say Donald Parker waited with a gun outside an apartment and then fired seven shots at the victim, Dwayne Choate Junior. Police say Parker even shot Choate after he had fallen to the ground.
