Matthew Porter, reported missing by his brother, was able to get in contact with his family after seeing his own story on the news.
Porter is a former soldier, and suffers from PTSD. He was taking a bicycle trip down the California coast to try to clear his head, but his brother, Scott Hallgren had not heard from him in two weeks.
Porter had fallen ill, and lost his cell phone, but was able to get in touch with family today. His brother says he is recovering.
