MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. - The trial for the man accused of kidnapping a San Ardo teen, then running off to Mexico, was delayed again.

Juan Salazar, Jr. was supposed to be in a Monterey County Court, but his attornies ended up tied up with another trial.

Salazar, Jr. is also being questioned about two bodies found inside his girlfriend's home, before they took off to Mexico.
