CAPITOLA, Calif. - A child psychologist is arrested for lewd acts with a minor.

More specifically, the allegations are that he abused an 8-year-old client of his.

Thursday, we learned the 65-year-old John Visher retired from his job as a psychologist August 25th.

Visher is out on bail, and will appear in court Monday.

A warrant was issued and several items were seized fom his home and former office.
