MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. - New information has been released about the murder of Norife Jones.

Police have now deteremined that Jones was shot in the head, and then dismembered.

Jones' body was found in San Benito County on September 7th. Investigations later revealed that the murder occured at the home of Lawrence Jones, her estranged husband.

Lawrence Jones is due in court for his first appearance at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, September 19, 2012.
