Man Arrested for Smoking Pot While Driving With Infant in Back

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - Police arrested 22-year-old Juan Aguilera off Highway One just north of Soquel Drive in Santa Cruz after they saw him smoking marijuana while driving -- with an 18-month-old on board.

Aguilera told police he was coming from a dispensary in Santa Cruz, on his way to the Boardwalk when he was pulled over for swerving in his lane.

Aguilera is in jail tonight, facing several charges - including endangering a child.
