Deputies Searching for Law-Breaking Nanny out of Carmel - Central Coast News KION/KCBA

CARMEL, Calif. -- Monterey County Deputies are searching for a law-breaking nanny out of Carmel.

A family on the 26000 block of Scenic Drive told Deputies that their Nanny abruptly quit her job and vanished within the last week.

After the nanny left, family members discovered she had stolen over $10,000 worth of jewelry from the home.

The family has reached out to people who may have had contact with her but all say they have not heard from her at all, almost like she vanished out of thin air.
