CHP Identifies Man Killed Near Carmel High School on Friday

CARMEL, Calif. -- The California Highway Patrol has identified the man killed after being hit while crossing Flanders Road, Friday.

A 16 year old driver hit and killed 56 year old Stuart Masten while in route to school.

Masten was a Carmel resident.

The crash is still under investigation.
