Public Meeting to Discuss New Pacific Grove Hotel

Posted: Updated:

PACIFIC GROVE, Calif- A developer wants to put a hotel in the old Holman building in downtown Pacific Grove. The developer, Drake Leddy, President of Presidian Hotels and Resorts, will be at Chautauqua Hall Thursday night for a public forum about the proposed hotel.

Leddy will present his 4-Star hotel concept and "clarify the ballot measure that will define the maximum height and lot coverage."

"What we have in mind is an independent ‘social' hotel that is designed to serve the needs of the unique Pacific Grove community. We want a hotel that the citizens will look to with pride. I look forward to meeting the citizens of Pacific Grove, answering their questions, and hearing their ideas," said Leddy.

Thursday's meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. If you can not make it, there will be another public forum on September 20th at the Pacific Grove Community Center.
