Two Hispanic males got into an argument last night in Salinas, in the area of Linwood and Diablo. The argument escalated, and shots were fired in the area of Elwood and Diablo.
The occupants only shot at each others' cars, but one civilian, uninvolved car was hit with a bullet.
Police received multiple calls for shots fired, but no bystanders were injured.
Neither of the shooters were identified, and police are still looking for them. No one has shown up at any local hospitals with gun shot wounds.
The two vehicles involved were described as an older model, gray, Toyota Camry. The second vehicle was described as a newer model, burgundy, Chevrolet pick up.
