Tropical Storm Isaac Could Become Hurricane

The state of Florida is bracing for the torrential rains and high speed winds that tropical storm Isaac will bring. But the storm could escalate into a Category 2 hurricane by the time it reaches the Northern Gulf Coast.

The storm has already hit Haiti, where at least seven deaths have already been reported.

Events and activities for Monday's first day of the Republican National Convention have been postponed.
