SALINAS, Calif. -- Four Arrested in SWAT Standoff. Late Saturday night Salinas Police arrested a man wanted on a $1 million warrant, and three others.

They spotted 19 year old Joseph Calderon of Salinas. He was just standing on his balcony when police recognized him while they drove by.

He's a known gang member, wanted for an attempted homicide that happened on July 29th at the Northgate Village Apartments. "We contacted our SWAT team and had them come in and surround the residence. After about an hour, the people inside came out and Mr. Calderon was taken into custody," said Cmdr. Dave Shaw.

Police also arrested three other men in the apartment for outstanding warrants and cited two others for obstructing officers.
