Posted: Updated:

SALINAS, Calif- A man was arrested in Pebble Beach for making death against doctors and nurses at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital.

Police say that John Brazil called the crisis line for the Community Hospital of Monterey Peninsula and made the threats saying that he wanted justice for the untimely death of a relative that was being treated at SVMH. According to police, Brazil said he was going to shoot every doctor and nurse on the entire floor and made reference to the recent Colorado mass murder.

Police had been trying to track down Brazil since he made the threats on Friday. They were finally able to track him down on Saturday night at his deceased parents home in Pebble Beach, said police.

Brazil was at the house alone when officers showed up but he refused to come outside, said police. Finally, Brazil stuck his head out of a window to ask police why they were looking for him and police were able to grab him.

Brazil is currently in custody at the Monterey County Jail.
