Ricardo Guevara is wanted after he failed to appear in court on charges of sexual intercourse with a minor and other sex related charges, said the Monterey County District Attorney's Office. Celestino Vasquez is wanted for failing to appear in court on several DUI charges. According to the Monterey County District Attorney's office, Vasquez was charged with being under the influence and causing an accident with multiple victims and great bodily injury.     SALINAS, Calif- Police are responding to a report of a stabbing that happened on East Alisal Friday afternoon. At this time police have E. Bernal at North Main closed off looking for a possible suspect.
    Police responded to a report of a stabbing that happened on East Alisal Friday afternoon. A witness who saw the stabbing tried to help the victim get to the hospital. He carried the suspect to the car and sped towards the hospital, said police.
