APTOS, Calif- A view from above shows a shark swimming close to surfers in Aptos Thursday afternoon.

A helicopter pilot with Specialized Helicopters was out flying when he captured the shark swimming close to shore.

CHP, Santa Cruz Sheriff Deputies and Wildlife officials are heading out to Seascape Beach in Aptos to warn swimmers and surfers in the area.

Wildlife officials say the shark was not behaving dangerously but an advisory is necessary.
