SALINAS, Calif- Two people walked into the Golden 1 Credit Union on Abbott Street and escaped with money, said the police.
The two suspects walked into the credit union around 11:30 a.m. armed with guns. Police say they came in screaming and telling everyone to get on the floor and not push any buttons.
Both suspects jumped over the counter and took money from the tills, said police.
There was a third suspect waiting outside in a light brown 2000's model Jeep Grand Cherokee. All three of them escaped in the car and drove towards Abbott Street.
The first suspect is described as an unknown race male wearing a black sweatshirt, blue jeans and a black beanie. The second suspect is described as an unknown race male wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants and a gray beanie.
The case is still under investigation, anyone with information related to this incident is asked to contact Salinas Police Department.
