Salinas Man Arrested for Chasing Grocery Store Customers

SALINAS, Calif - Salinas Police arrested a man after officers say he chased customers around a grocery store parking lot Sunday.

According to Salinas Police, Paul Boulerice, 49, a parolee was arrested after he was reported to be harassing and chasing customers in the parking lot of a grocery store located on the 1100 of South Main Street at Blanco Road.

Officers said Boulerice  intimidated and chased an elderly woman le in the parking lot , challenged several bystanders to fight for no apparent reason, and  was also spitting on vehicles.

After a brief scuffle with officers he was taken into custody and transported to county jail where he continued to be uncooperative.

Boulerice was charged with disturbing the peace,resisting arrest in addition to violation of parole.
