PG&E Working to Restore 336 Customers Without Power in Santa Cruz Area

Posted: Updated:

SANTA CRUZ, Calif - Pacific Gas and Electric is working to restore power to about 336 customers after a series of power outages in the Santa Cruz area.

PG&E officials say power went out for about 4,800 customers right before 3 p.m.

They say the main cause for the power outage stemmed from a down powerline.

As of now, PG&E says only 336 customers remain without power.

Some of the main streets still impacted in Santa Cruz include High, Mission, Laurel and King Streets.

As of right now, PG&E does not know when power will be restored for those remaining customers.
