Salinas Man Carjacked at Gunpoint

Salinas, Calif. - Police are searching for the suspects who carjacked a man at gunpoint Sunday evening  in Salinas.

It happened in the parking lot of Casa De Lavanderia, on East Alisal Road.

Salinas Police say two men approached the victim at around as he was parking his car, and asked him to throw the keys on the seat of his car, then leave.

The victim complied, and that's when police say the suspects drove away in the victim's car.

Police found the car a short time later, abandoned in East Salinas.

    SALINAS, Calif- Police are responding to a report of a stabbing that happened on East Alisal Friday afternoon. At this time police have E. Bernal at North Main closed off looking for a possible suspect.
    Police responded to a report of a stabbing that happened on East Alisal Friday afternoon. A witness who saw the stabbing tried to help the victim get to the hospital. He carried the suspect to the car and sped towards the hospital, said police.
