HOLLISTER, Calif.- A community is mourning the death of 18-year-old Ismael Villapando killed in a car crash last week on Highway 25 in Hollister.
A candlelight vigil was held for Villapando by friends and family days after the deadly accident, which also sent a woman and four children to the hospital.
Officers said Villapando ran the stop sign on Highway 25, causing the crash. He died after being taken off life support.
The woman and four children are expected to be okay.
In photos from his Facebook page, it shows a smiling teen. His friends say he had a pregnant girlfriend.
