Driver That Caused Highway 25 Crash on Wednesday Taken Off Life Support

HOLLISTER, Calif. -- The man who officers say ran a stop sign on Highway 25, causing a major crash Wednesday, has died.

The man was taken off of life-support Thursday and died in the evening hours.

CHP Officials are not releasing the name of the driver until family of the departed has been notified.

The crash also sent a woman and four children to the hospital, who were expected to be ok with minor to moderate injuries.
