San Juan Bautista Man Arrested for Sex with a Minor - Central Coast News KION/KCBA

SAN JUAN BAUTISTA, Calif - San Benito County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a 24-year-old man Thursday for unlawful sex with a minor.

According to depuites, on May 25th the San Benito County Sheriff's Office received a report Roy Harrison,24, was  having a sexual relationship with a female under the age of eighteen. 

As Sheriff's Office Detective's looked into the case and conducted more interviews they discovered Harrison had told the victim he was going to take her to Las Vegas with him to make a new start together.

After the Detectives interviewed the victim and confirmed Harrison was in fact having a sexual relationship with the minor they responded to Harrison's address in San Juan Bautista and arrested him for Unlawful Sex with a Minor. 

 Harrison was transported and booked into the San Benito County Jail.
