Posted: Updated:

LOS ANGELES, Calif- A detective testified that one of the suspects accused of beating Bryan Stow in the Dodger stadium parking lot told his mom that he was involved "in that Dodger Stadium thing," reported the CBS station in Los Angeles.

Louie Sanchez and Marvin Norwood were in court Tuesday morning for a preliminary hearing to determine if they should go to trail for beating Bryan Stow.

According to the CBS, the prosecution played a videotape of the phone call in which Norwood could be heard telling his mother, "I got arrested for that Dodger Stadium thing."

Witnesses also testified that they saw Sanchez throwing a peanuts and soda at Giant's fans, reported CBS.
