Seaside Manhunt Monday Arrest: Edgardo Garcia

Seaside police say they are no longer looking for Edgardo Garcia. They say he turned himselg over to police after his picture was featured on Manhunt Monday.

Garcia is a parolee who was wanted for violating the terms of his parole, said police.
