ORCUTT, Calif. - The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department identified the victim of a fatal semi truck crash as a Watsonville man Tuesday.

According to deputies, Angel Hernandez, 32, was walking along Highway 101 just north of Clark Avenue last Thursday night when he was hit by the semi.

He later died as a result of his injuries.
