Homeless veterans in distress in the Central California coastal area have an opportunity to receive help and assistance during Monterey County Stand Down 2012.

Stand Down is a three day event starts at noon on June 19 and ends at noon on June 21, 2012. It will be located at the Salinas Rodeo grounds.

Some of the things this event will help with:

Clothing
Meals
Event Housing
Counseling
Legal Services
Health Services
VA Claims
