SEASIDE, Calif - Seaside Police arrested three people during a drug bust Tuesday afternoon.
According to Seaside Police, officers were responding to the house on the 1900 block of Highland Street after receiving several complaints from neighbors regarding suspicious activity. Inside officers found cocaine base packaged for sale, currency and paraphernalia used to manufacture and sell cocaine base.
Officers arrested Harold Nelson for manufacturing cocaine base, possession of cocaine base for sales and resisting arrest.
Joan Gaines for being present at a place where drugs are used or sold and Jocelyn Cardinale for operating a drug house.
