Gang Brawl Breaks Out at Hollister McDonald's Drive-Thru

HOLLISTER, Calif - Hollister Police are looking for multiple possible gang members who started a brawl at a McDonald's drive-thru lane Friday night.

According to Hollister Police, on Friday officers were dispatched to the McDonald's restaurant at 151 San Felipe Road for a gang fight occurring in the drive-thru lane.

One witness reported seeing a suspect with a gun, while others reported oneperson on the ground being kicked by other men. Officers managed to arrest three men, with known gang associations, who were in a vehicle in the drive-thru.

Several suspected gang members ran from the scene and reportedly left in a white Honda.

According to the victims and witnesses, the three men were seated in their vehicle in the drive- thru lane of the restaurant when a group of rival gang members surrounded theirvehicle, and then began smashing out their car's windows with bats and sticks.

One of the ocupants was pulled from the vehicle, put on the ground, and punched and kicked. None of the men appeared seriously injured, and none of them wanted medical assistance. The three men denied knowing their attackers, other than they were rival gang members.

The Hollister Police Department is still investigating this case, but has very limited suspect information.

The McDonald's staff locked their doors to protect their to protect customers.
