Marina Police Searching for Missing High-Risk Sex Offender

MARINA, Calif - Marina Police are searching for a missing high-risk sex offender who cut off  his GPS tracking device Wednesday morning.

According to Marina Police, just after 4:30 Wednesday morning, officers were advised by State Parole that Robert Bruce Hultsman, 55,  had cut off his GPS tracking bracelet. Hultsman is a registered sex offender, convicted of raping a child,  and is classified as high-risk. 

 Hultsman is described as a white male adult, 5'10", Brown hair and Brown eyes. His vehicle is described as Blue 1991 Honda Accord, bearing California License Plate 6NKH832.

If anyone sees Hultsman or his vehicle, please contact Marina Police as soon as possible via police dispatch at 831-384-7575 or 9-1-1.
