Santa Cruz Dream Inn Floods

SANTA CRUZ, Calif- The Santa Cruz Dream Inn was unexpectedly flooded, Thursday, when a main water line had burst. Several employees and guests had to be evacuated.

The main water line that burst was located under the hotel, which is located on West Cliff Drive, and damaged up to 30 guest rooms and hotel offices.

No guests were in the rooms that were flooded. All guests that were pre-scheduled to stay in those rooms were put up at neighboring hotels by the Dream Inn.

On Friday, the main line was repaired and the hotel was open for business, minus the thirty rooms that were damaged.
