KING CITY, Calif- Police have told Central Coast News they have closed the investigation of an incident involving a Chalone Peaks Middle School employee after discovering that the employee did nothing illegal.
Police say the employee was the victim of a popup advertisement for pornography on his computer and that it was nothing more than spam.
King City Union School District Superintendent William Brand said that the employee is still on administrative leave and the school district is still investigating the incident.
At this time the district has not released the name of the employee.
