Central Coast News KION/KCBAPhotos Released of Attempted Kidnapping Suspect

HOLLISTER, Calif- Police have released surveillance photos from a Hollister laundromat of a man who is suspected of trying to kidnap a woman at knife point on February 1.

The victim reported that the man approached her while she was at the laundromat on the 200 block of San Benito Street. He had a large knife and told the woman to go with him, said police. The woman pleaded with the man not to harm her and told him her husband was on his way to pick her up.

The victim told police that the suspect hid the knife and ran away.
