SALINAS, Calif. - A man accused of killing his own son in a DUI crash is expected in court for a pre-trial conference today (Wednesday). Zabdiel Arciga led police in Seaside on a high speed chase on Highway 1 in July 2010.
Police say he was going more than 100 miles an hour and was driving drunk when he crashed near the Fremont Boulevard exit. His 8 year old son, Isaiah, died in the crash.
