Q: How Clean are MST Buses?

A: Gaby from Salinas asked us, "how does Monterey-Salinas Transit keep its buses clean?"

According to MST's General Manager, he said MST cleans its buses every evening. They have a crew of personnel in Salinas and Monterey to do the job. MST does not allow any bus to go out into service if it has graffiti on it.

MST conducts customer satisfaction surveys every two years. The last one showed 9 out 10 people were happy with the cleanliness.
