CASTROVILLE, Calif- The coroner says that 2-year-old Pricilla Hernandez's death was caused by serious blunt force trauma. Deputies found Hernandez unconscious on the 11400 block of McDougal Street Saturday afternoon.

David Leonardo was taken into custody for felony child abuse and child endangerment in connection with her death. Deputies say that since Hernandez died of blunt force trauma they will be adding murder charges for Leonardo.
