Man in Custody for Stabbing at 1833 Restaurant in Monterey

Monterey, Calif.- Police say they responded to a stabbing early this morning at the 1833 restaurant.

It happened around 1:40am at 500 Hartnell Street.

Police arrested Pennisi Giovanni for stabbing one victim.

The victim was treated and released at the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula.

    SALINAS, Calif- Police are responding to a report of a stabbing that happened on East Alisal Friday afternoon. At this time police have E. Bernal at North Main closed off looking for a possible suspect.
    Police responded to a report of a stabbing that happened on East Alisal Friday afternoon. A witness who saw the stabbing tried to help the victim get to the hospital. He carried the suspect to the car and sped towards the hospital, said police.
