Q: Is the 76 Gas Station in Hollister Going to Reopen?

A: Our KION Question came from Hugh in Hollister. 

He wrote in saying, "Last December, the 76 Gas Station on San Felipe Road in Hollister closed. I see some construction activity at the station."  He asked us, "Are they going to reopen the 76 station or is another moving in?"

According to the City of Hollister Planning Department, a new Arco Gas Station and AM/PM Store is moving in.  The permits have been signed as of Monday, November 14.  The gas pumps and convenience store will be remodeled for the new Arco Station.  No opening date has been announced, according to the City of Hollister.
