SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Occupy Sacramento organizers filed a lawsuit against the city claiming dozens of supporters' right to free speech have been violated. The protestors also hope to get a temporary restraining order to stop the arrests.
The Occupy movement in Tennessee was successful in doing just that earlier this week. Since October 6th, Sacramento police have arrested nearly 80 people for violating a park curfew ordinance.
