Soledad, Calif- Deputies arrested two suspects after a prostitution scandal Tuesday evening. Deputies say Bryan Oster, 36, allegedly agreed to pay $60 in exchange for oral sexual favors from Misael Ruiz, 31.
In the news release deputies said Oster thought Ruiz was a woman. According to deputies, once the acts were completed inside Oster's car, Ruiz attempted to take more than the agreed upon $60. Deputies said, the two men got in a fight inside Oster's car as he drove southbound on US 101.
At some point the pair got out of the car and Oster allegedly tazed Ruiz until he got his money. Deputies said that is when Ruiz picked up a baseball size rock and hit Oster several times.
Deputies spotted the two men fighting on the side of the Front St. off ramp in Soledad. Both men were arrested and booked at Monterey County Jail.
