Elcida Anatolia Bolton is currently wanted on a felony no bail warrant for burglary, said police.  Her family is known to reside in the Cities of Marina and Salinas. She also frequents the City of Monterey.

Heriberto Jesus Bedolla has a felony warrant for his arrest for his participation in a gang related attempted murder that occurred in 2003.

Michael Tapia Gonzalez is wanted for an Outstanding felony warrant charging possession and transportation of narcotics, said police.

Frankie Lomboy is wanted for a wide variety of narcotics and weapons charges. Police Seized was over 2 ounces of meth, marijuana and other controlled substances at his house.

Santa Cruz Police

Shannon Mifflin has felony warrants for Burglary, Possession of Stolen Property and possession of methamphetamine and heroin, said police. Mifflin has an extensive criminal history with the Santa Cruz Police Department and has failed to appear in court in relation to the above charges.

Philip Willis has violated his Parole terms, said police. He has prior arrests for vehicle thefts, narcotic violations and resisting arrest.
