Seaside Manhunt Monday Arrest, DAVID PRAKASH GOPI

David Prakash Gopi has been arreseted and is no longer wanted.

Gopi was convicted of voluntary manslaughter after he killed a fellow prisoner at the Seaside Police Department jail in 1999. He was released on parole but was later wanted for violating terms of his parole. He is transient and frequents local motels.
