The family of a Scotts Valley Giants fan beaten outside Dodger Stadium in March, says Brian Stow could need more surgery to relieve pressure on his brain.
Stow's family also wrote on their blog that Stow isn't responding to stimulation as much as he should be.
Stow remains in a Los Angeles area hospital.
Police are still looking for two Dodgers fans responsible for the attack.
