SPCA treating ducks found shot in Salinas

The SPCA of Monterey County is following several leads in the case of more than a dozen ducks shot this week in Salinas.

Cathy Martin Silvery, manager of the California Welcome Center, came to work Tuesday to find 11 of the ducks at the center were dead. Three others were found injured, suffering gunshot wounds.
