A San Jose man is facing three years in state prison after a jury found him guilty of felony possession for sales of marijuana and having a loaded shotgun and rifle in a vehicle.
According to a news release by the Monterey County District Attorney's Office, Jeffery Dearman of San Jose was on Tassajara Road near Chew's Ridge when he asked some Fish and Wildlife wardens about road conditions.
