SOLEDAD, Calif. -

Soledad Police arrested an attempted murder suspect and discovered two loaded firearms.

Police said 20-year-old Isaiah Chavez shot at two men at a home on West Street the morning of Sunday, July 31st.

The two men were standing in their garage when Chavez pulled out a gun and fired several rounds at them.

The victims were not hurt.

According to police, an officer was able to identify Chavez from the incident. Chavez was then arrested on Tuesday, August 16th at a home on 5th Street in Soledad.

Officers also found a 9mm, semi-automatic handgun that was stolen out of Las Vegas, Nevada from 1999. A revolver was also found at the home. It came back registered to someone out of Southern California.
