LAS VEGAS (AP) - A Nevada judge is unsealing a search warrant served at a Las Vegas pharmacy in the investigation of pop singer Michael Jackson's death.
Clark County District Court Judge Valerie Adair ruled Thursday that the warrant records from an Aug. 11 police raid should be made public.
The judge's clerk, Penny Wisner, says the documents will be made available Friday.
Los Angeles authorities wanted to keep the warrant records secret. Attorneys for The Associated Press and other media sought their release.
Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, is believed to have obtained from Applied Pharmacy Services the powerful sedative propofol that was administered to Jackson before he died June 25.
Murray is the focus of a homicide investigation, but has not been charged with a crime.
